HONOR

After leaving the Interpretive Center,
visitors walk through an allee of trees --
a metaphor for the cabin of Flight 93.
The visitor is embraced and protected
by this archway of branches, creating a
sacred memorial room within the park.
The allee is framed by pairs of trees marking
every row, while large, individual memorial
boulders are erected in the (approx.)
passenger and crew seat locations.
